Delivery of the items will be delayed IF:
1) You are an unverified paypal account holder. We are waiting for your account
to be verified. Delivery will be made once your account is verified.
2) Your E-check is still not cleared yet. It can take up to a 4 business day for
the funds to be cleared. Delivery will be made after payment has cleared.
3) Insufficient or wrong information is provided. For example, you did not include
your in-game character name or you gave the wrong name or wrong server. Delivery can
only be made until the right information is given.
5. Where do you deliver to?
We will deliver to any character and server that you are on in game.

Please rest assured that if we have stopped communicating with you, it is due to our
Internet connection that was disconnected due to some reasons. When this happens,
it is impossible for us to contact you or meet you until the connection was resumed.
